WINEMAKING: Selecting the best grapes from our vineyards Botticino.
Fermentation on the skins lasts 15 days in steel tanks at controlled
temperature. Aging 24 months in oak barrels 10 hl.
Ruby red color with garnet reflections.Strong winey aroma,with flavors of ripe red fuit and light vanilla aromas that highlight the typicality of this wine. The taste is savory, delicate with a long persistence.
ALCOHOL: 13% Vol
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20°C
SUITABLE FOR ACCOMPANYING: Read roasts, braised meats
