WINEMAKING: Maceration after fermentation 2 weeks,no ageing in oak barrels,just some
months in stainless steel in order to express the best fragrance of its ripen
fruits aroma.
CHARACTERISTICS: An intense red colour with violet reflections, an aroma of violet flowers and
mulberry fruits,full and inviting
TASTE: Its taste is harmonious and full-bodied with a hint of tartness
SUITABLE FOR ACCOMPANYING: With meat and cheese
